Ordered a new pair of Columbia snow boots and they sent me two right boots. Two different sizes too. There are many other great options for online shoe shopping- steer clear of these clowns."

"They cut my pay after 4 years of being with the company because of minimum wage going up (also this was without notice), the company is very cheap and doesn’t care about their employees at all, they also didn’t tell me when I began to qualify for benefits, PTO is use it or lose it, only reason I gave this company one star is because there isn’t an option for zero"

"They do not give you raises when they are supposed to. The manager will leave you in the store by yourself to go shopping in the mall, to walmart, or for a smoke break. Even left one time to go pick up their kid. They do not care to train you but if you dont know how to do something, they get mad at you for asking how."

"Supervisors have no training or experience as managers. Supervisors ride around around on bikes talking all day while barking orders and acting like prison guards and treating employees like children. Many redundant practices and wastes of money. Very little chance for advancement. Manual labor and extreme environment (sweltering in the summer and cold in the winter). Billion dollar company that rewards a yearly bonus of a $10 Food Lion Card, that was probably donated to them. Plus, you barely get raises that equal the 10% inflation rate. One would think a billion dollar shoe company would give a pair of shoes, nope!"

"Still using DOS computer system, dot matrix printers & green bar paper. If you want to take blast to the past, this is the place for you! Too many manual processes for the size of the company. This is the first company I have ever worked for that has you read the employee hand book and takes it back, you don't get a copy! Horrible benefits. Low pay."

"I was employed for 3 plus years started off as a keyholder moved to to a store manager very quickly even though I ran around to other stores helping them they told me I was not eligible to move up because of my age. CEO of the company said they would not look at me for advancement even if I qualified because I was to young. They do not give you payroll to cover the store so your there all the time by yourself while trying to control shrink. Management are not allowed breaks or lunches. Co-workersNo breaks, poor district manager, they do not care about their staff not family orientated at all"

"They were very prejudice. District Management was rude and thought of all black people as potential thieves. The pay for a manager was $8.00 an hr. This is a place for teens to work not an adult job at all."

"Smiling faces coming in with there little ones try to find a pair of shoes to fit there little feet. And they excited to pick the shoes they wont. The customer that find a pair of shoes or boots that are on sale they can wear."

They work you too hard for 7.25 hour then the manager and key holders do what they wanna do even the old employees who been there years get to do what they wanna do."

"I usually open during the week and it's slow mostly during the day so I would clean, do inventory, stocking shoes on the shelf. I've learned a lot about different types of shoes, there's a lot.. Management wasn't very professional at times and it's usually when the head or assistant manager isn't there. Making sure the customers are satisfied. Most enjoyable part about it was getting a discount"
